roadrunner loses comm. and locks up software

any ideas- in realtime tuning and all of a sudden software locks up and shits itself. Car will not start until previous cal loaded in. WTF? Straight USB and the newest drivers installed on windows XP

check firmware revision. There is a known error where the unit will reset itself when undergoing realtime changes. I think 12.14 is the one to have, 12.13 had this error.

I have had 3 rr's all did that. I switched over to bluetooth and never had another problem.
