Increase high octane spark advance table a few degrees in a few areas... but keep an eye on knock.
Adjust PE table to get suitable AFR around peak torque and from there to peak power (may need a wideband).
My basic AutoVE-Tune got me down from 14.2 to 13.7 ... w/stock 2k Firehawk, no mods ...

Buy a new fuel pressure regulator and lean it a bit, 97,98s run rich and maybe a 160 degree thermostate with lower fan calibration. After that not much, maybe 12 hp at the most as the factory did a pretty good job. Sorry and good luck.
