Ok I am havin probs installing 7.5 I downloaded it to my desktop now what I am pretty unfamiliar with unzipping files, and such. About all I got going for me is I can type, somewhat decent.

Ok I thought I had this figured out, but I dont. If I use the shortcut on the desktop for the tune or scan tool, it is still V7.4 If I go into my computer then c:drive, program files, efilive, It brings up V7.5 Help what did I do?

What you need to do is follow exactly the instructions on the 7.5.1 download page, they outline what you need to do to the "t".

2008 TrailBlazer SS 3SS AWD Summit White - LS2 E67/T42, bolt ons, suspension, etc.
2002 Chevy TrailBlazer LT 4X4 Summit White - 4.2L I6 P10, lifted, wheels, etc.
The contents of zip files must be copied to non-zip folders otherwise they won't work; do as Erik said.
