I have , but it was because I didn't install a small aluminum plug correctly when doing my shift kit .
Got that code , but mine went into "limp mode" or "reduced power mode" , the TransGo kit for the 4L80E requires you to install two small aluminum plugs in the valve body plate to reroute the fluid . One fell out and fluid was bypassing into a incorrect passage , I made a tighter new plug for it with some aluminum I had laying around in the shop , fixed it .
Just my experience with that code , might be trash in the trans ?

This one is a "vague" code... the PCM thinks something is wrong, but is not sure what exactly.

If your trans shifts fine, then they may (or may not) be some amount of internal slipping.

Keep an eye on the trans fluid temp, and inspect the color/condition of the fluid daily.

Check "Conditions for setting the DTC": http://www.ls2.com/boggs/a4/DTC%20P0751%203.8.htm
