Default How to compensate for altitude changes in OLSD

I have my A0008 and A0014 tables filled in for ECT and IAT correction, but is there a way to compensate for altitude changes in a 2 bar OLSD tune? I drove from 1200 ft elevation to 7000 ft elevation and leaned out from stoich to almost 17:1 in some parts. COS3
