What OS To Use?

I just logged my ecm and it is not tuned or has the OS in which I need for my project, so I need to flash a new os. Since I'm at it, I figure I might as well flash to one that may benefit me better.

My ecm currently has 12208322
I need 12212156

Is there a thread, documentation spot that shows what each OS will do, not do, what will work with it, etc? (I did a quick search, will search more).

Looks like I might as well go to OS5 since it has support for large cams(mines not large but has lots of valve overlap).

Can I go strait from 8322 to OS5. Or do I have to go from 8322 to 2156 to OS5?

Anyone have an L31.tun file for OS5 to save me some time?
