    Default cal_link advise

    OK,
    after much drama (relicensing , windows crash)
    i am finally setup and running in real time!
    my question now is how do i set up the CAL_LINK
    so i can change {B0102} and {B4001}.
    i made them both the same as the {B0101}
    but i did not see the CALCBENLC1 in the real time box.
    so i did not bother to start the car.
    can all tables be changed real time?
    how about someone in the know post up a CAL_LINK file
    that is set up for pretty much everything.

    Its not everything, but I have added in the links for what you requested for all current supported widebands.

    thanks
    this confirms my assumption of how the RR works in this regard.

    ok
    one more question on the cal_link text...
    can i add a table that is not in the file in order to link it with the RR?
    I want to add {B4901} to the text with the lines,

    ;Charge Temperature Blending
    B4901.COL=SAE.MAF
    B4901.RRR=CALC.BEN_LC11

    or is there more to it? (deeper programing)

    Your on the right track.

    Type it in, and have a go.

    No special tricks.

    Sometimes the parameter in the software is not covered with the RTAC settings preview screen. There would be some limits on a few parameters.

    cheers

    Had to have a think and look at this {B4901}.

    Well when I read up on this it looks like a smudge correction factor which has favor of intake air temp or engine coolant temp, not a direct parameter sum or fueling equation.

    So I don't think Ben's will work with this type of parameter.

    Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

    Sorry to give you the wrong impression.

    What exactly are you trying to achieve.

    Are you looking for parameters that have the same effect as A0014 and A0008 that are seen in the custom operating systems?

    Cheers
