Problem Performing Crank Relearn!!!!!! I need help quick

When I connect my laptop to the truck and run the scan tool. All my options on the middle bar are greyed out. I cant perform relearn or any of the other functions towards the end of the tool bar except change vin and reset oil life. Whats going on please help

What controller do you select when you connect the Scan Tool to your truck?

CASE and some other bidirectional controls are currently only available for the LS1 controllers. We are working on adding in bidirectional support for other controllers.
