Yes, you can. You actually have the option of using any of the COSs if you upgrade to a 2002 OS. There is a suitable OS to start from on holdencrazy. You'll need to go through the DTC list and compare the 00 to the 02, as there will likely be some generator circuit codes that need to be disabled.Originally Posted by Automotive Innovations

I just updated mine to a 2002os and youll have to get every idel table copied and pasted to the 2002os or it will idel wierd and high.
When you said idle high, do you mean any time or at startup. I recently put an 07 6.0L in my 01 and when I start teh truck up it runs up to 1500 and then slowly comes back down to around 700. When I had the 4.8 in there I never noticed it going that high and wondering if it has something to do with the tune i had put on there. The 2002 OS 12212156 lets you migrate to COS5 (TPS VE).
