after installing APS twin turbo on 2001 corvette we put the car on the dyno and the problem we are having is that the TPS open only 20% in drive however on nutral or park it goes 100%.
what do you think causing the problem.

Make sure you are logging the correct pid. Its also not uncommon that the TPS not read 0 at idle.
