I was just comparing the Stock VE Tables from a 99 Silverado and an 02 Silverado. Both tunes are 5.3,4l60e. The 02 VE Table is quite a bit higher and has a much more normal slope to it. Why would this be? Would the 02 Table cause a decrease in MPG?

Not to sure but could be something as simple as a change in cylinder head design, compression ect.
