Hello...Ross, anyone? Can you please get this on your radar.
I am "reporting" this post, but only to get someones attention. It seems as if we dropped off the radar completely.

Sorry Kevin Doe, I don't know what to say, we (I) just have had an overwhelming amount of work to get done since the start of the year.
I know in your eyes it's not an excuse, but it is just the reality of this business, everyone wants everything by yesterday.
Sometimes I feel like a triage nurse.
Cheers,
Ross

I fully understand that you and your co-workers are very busy, and have been working very hard. I have been a part of the BBL beta for about 6 months now, and the progress made there is astonishing in such a short time.
I want to see a realistic outlook on this task. Will a COS5 ever be available for my OS (2004 GTO)? How long of a task is it to create one? Can you put a self imposed deadline on yourself to help this from slipping through the cracks? I just don't want to get brushed under the rug much longer if possible.
Your honest evaluation is appreciated.
Its features like your COS 5 that push those on the fence to a purchase (it did me ), making it available for the Gen 4's is not just making a few current customers happy, it will likely draw in new customers.
