If I lower the throttle stop - my IAC count is currently 17 warm - will I need to redo the RAFIG or does it remain unchanged?

You will need to redo it. However, I think it will partly depend on how much you move your stop as well. You could get a way with making small adjustments and it will correct for it. But as much as I had to move my stop, it would have alot of problems correcting for it.

OK, thanks. Did a little experiment and ran the the rafig at 67 steps, then 35 steps, and yes it changes quite a bit. Interesting......
