    Default Question for injector experts...

I recently upgraded from SVO 30#'ers to some new flow matched Precision Turbo (Lucas) 42#'ers. I recalculated by IFR table, made a couple of tweaks to my VE map at idle and the car seems to run great.

Now, with the injectors came a lot of data that I didnt have before with the SVO's; specifically injector open time and close time. Open time says 1.66ms and close time is .97ms.

My question is... for better driveability or tunability... is there anywhere in my tune that I should make changes using these numbers? For example, B4003, B4004, B4005 or B4006 ?

I am just always looking for ways to make things better.

    Thanks everyone.

The fact that you have data now that you didn't have before, doesn't necessarily mean anything has changed. Although chances are slim that the SVO and Lucas injectors have identical opening and closing times, it is possible. It's also possible that the times are similar enough that they are functionally identical. Of more concern is the fact that you've increased injector size considerably, so the values in B4006 may prevent pulse widths at idle and decel from being as short as they need to be in order to achieve the desired air/fuel ratio. But if the car is running fine, you probably don't need to fix it.
