    I came across an E38 PCM which had C3401 set to Europe OBD. Anyone have a clue what it does?
    2005 RCSB 2500HD GMC Sierra DURAMAX LLY
    1955 Chevy Truck 1st series, being restored

    Anyone have an idea on how to change OBD settings?
