Default Voltage discrepency on V2 with AD input

I did some reading and near as I can tell, you can't run the Flashscan control panel with V2 if you have updated to 2.5 firmware and calibrate the v2? The problem I am having is that the voltage measured at the V2 is off by about .17 volts, against what is displayed as the voltage in the scan tool. So it would appear that I need to recalibrate the V2, only It doesn't appear that I can with the new firmware. Any input here would be great!

    Thanks
