Default V1 V2 Commercial Custom OS

I have searched and have never been completely clear.

V1 Standard needs to be upgraded to commercial to use a custom OS

V2?? With a standard version 2 (basic 749 package) can you apply a custom OS without purchasing a stream??

I was never clear on V2 if you can use a custom OS with just a couple of vin licenses.

    Thanks,

    John-

V1- Correct, to full flash and use COSs you need V1 Commercial.

V2- Either a Scan only or full, nothing inbetween like V1. A V2 can full flash, use COSs, etc. Streams just allow you to not have to purchase individual VIN licenses to flash controllers.

For your question, yes. If you have just the bare minimum 2 VIN licenses on your V2, you can full flash and use COSs.
