    Default DTC Bug

Paul, think I've got a Standalone DTC bug for you... I've got some DTCs active in my truck, and here's what I get:

    Standalone - PC
    B0035 - C0035
    B0040 - C0040
    U1016 - U1016
    C0004 - B0004
    C1000 - B1000
    C1009 - B1009
    U1000 - U1000
    C2425 - B2425

Seems the "C" & "B" codes are goofed...

    Good catch.

The FlashScan firmware was wrong. It is fixed now and will be available in the next beta firmware update.

I also have this issue. I plugged in the V2 and scanned for codes and got the following:
    Node DTC Status
    All C2961 ---H---S
    All U1016 ---H---S
    TCM U1016 --PHX--S
    All U1016 ---H---S
    All U1000 ---H---S
    All U1000 ---H---S
    All U1016 ---H---S
    All U1016 ---H---S
    All U1016 ---H---S
    All U1016 ---H---S
    All U1016 ---H---S

I cleared the codes using the V2 with success according to the V2 and scanned again and got the following:

    All U1016 ---H---S
    All C2961 ---H---S
    All U1016 ---H---S
    All U1016 ---H---S
    All U1016 ---H---S
    All U1016 ---H---S
    All U1000 ---H---S
    All U1016 ---H---S
    All U1016 ---H---S

It changes every time I clear but it doesn't clear the codes unless I use the scan tool.

I'm using the latest beta FW and SW for BB logging. Sorry if this has been covered before but I didn't see it if it has.

After you display the DTCs, can you please generate a trace file using the FlashScan menu option: F2 Scan Tool -> F4 Scan Options -> F1 Save Trace File.
Please copy that trace file off FlashScan to your PC, then send it to me at paul@efilive.com

    Regards
    Paul
