efilive v2 driver

whatup guy and gals i have i problem installing my new v2 flashscan drivers on my new windows vista laptop i tried downloading from the cd-rom and from efilive.com and it says "windows found driver software for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install it" ........any info why this is happening?........thanks in advance

I think the problem you're experiencing is called V-I-S-T-A. I'm sure someone will jump in with a solution.

mine did the same thing so i uninstalled the software then reinstalled it and it worked fine,but when the computer tried to read the usb flash tool it wouldn't read it. Came to find out it was installed in my device manager with no driver. So I manually added the driver and it works.
