    Default Starr Performance LSX Intake

I understand that Holley will be selling this manifold soon and I was wondering if anyone here has heard anything about it. It's supposed to make more power and torque in the 2000 - 6200 RPM range than the FAST intake.

There is a huge thread in LS1tech and it was @ SEMA and PRI but no results or owners yet. The new one is actually a Weiand and Holley is supposed to counter?

I believe Holley owns Weiand. I was looking for some input from down under (the other side of the Left Coast pond) if they were available from Starr yet or info about Starr Performance.

On paper they sound promising. I'm about disgusted with my FAST90, so I'm game to try one.

I sent Starr an email a few weeks ago & have not had a reply from them. Hopefully there will be some results from independant testing released soon as the restrictions in my stock set up are driving me nuts.

I would be very interested in any response you get from Starr.

    Thanks.

Holley went Bankrupt, so I am sure they are "busy" elsewhere.

TAQ- FAST has a new 92 mm intake that looks like more of the same POS.

Funny about that. Peter STARR's last venture went the same way.

He used to run a very lucrative performance business but he lacked any sort of customer service and scruples.
He continually burned customers including me but those whom he screwed for big dollars got sick of it and lawsuits finnished STARR Performance off.

One thing I must say though, if you did indeed get what you wanted/payed for then it was a very good product.
I will be very interested to see independant results from these manifolds.

That would explain the lack of reply on my Email.
