    Question Smog Inspection

    I have loaded a tune I think will let me pass a smog check. My question is do I have to drive the car for a few days first or can I just drive to the inspection station? Thanks for any help.

    Drive it for a few days to let the monitors run. Where I live the state wants to see that there are No codes,Monitors have run, VIN is correct.

    Rich ,

    What year/model is your car and what mods do you have...?

    Do what Jeff said, and keep an eye on the monitors;

    if they're not going ready, you may have to refer to the "drive cycle" for each test (i.e. how to drive the car to trigger the test).
