Default Reading oil pressure and fuel temp on a LBZ

I've tried to log those two items and it's a no go.
The oil pressure reads like 3,000 PSI and up.
And the fuel temp makes me other gauges (I think it's my speedo/rpm) gauge go whacky.
    Am I doing something wrong?
I've tried to validate the PIDs also and it does the same thing

Just confirm the readings are valid on the Data display Tab, not on the gauges, if they are ok in the data tab then you probably just need to set the dash gauges up.

    Cheers,
    Ross

The readings I'm getting are from the data display tab and not the dashboard. Thats why I was confused.

    Jason,

Did you enter the correct VIN/OS (File->Enter VIN) and PCM type (File->Select Controller) in the scantool...?
