Default Pulling out tune with Pin56 COS

I was wanting to save my current tune to my laptop but If i pull out the entire motor tune to which I have the pin 56 COS will it pull that out as well and put it back in? I was needing to make a few changes and wasn't sure if it would or not. I figured I would ask here before I attempted it.I wouldn't want to spray it with the switch grounded and no timing pulled.

    Thanks

Your not "actually" pulling the tune, it's just reading it. So you pin 56 function will remain the same if you don't change it, no mater what other changes you make to the tune.
