    Default wacky fuel gauge

all the sudden my fuel gauge has become inaccurate
    after 6 years and 48,000 miles.(2002 camaro)
it seems to be correct at cold start, then after ECT goes up
and battery volts drop it will read full.
    has anyone else encountered this?
i`m thinking it can be fixed with {B0501} Fuel Gauge Calibration
or {B0507} Convert Sender To Volume.
    any ideas?

Unless you changed the fuel gauge calibration parameters or the fuel tank/sender itself, I would not recommend changing software. Sounds as if there is something wrong with the car that normal diagnosis should be able to isolate.

Mine just started playing up recently....kina pushed me into doing the Walbro retrofit.
    Here's why...

Good contacts on the sender (little fingers).

    Bad contacts:

See the little 'fingers' are broken off.

YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T
MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE
    DUCT TAPE.
IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT WITH A HAMMER, YOU'VE GOT AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.
