    Default Oh Crap!!!

I've searched and didn't find anything, but maybe I am too rattled to come up with the right search terms.

I installed the latest software, upgraded the USB drivers, and upgraded the V2 flash. Then I proceeded to flash an 02 OS in my 00 PCM (on the bench) and Winblows crashed with 6 seconds left. Am I toast?

You should be fine. In general the only real dangerous time is when the traffic light is red, and the bootloader code is being rewritten.

Thank you very much! I just turned everything off not knowing whether to try again. Maybe my PC is bad.

FYI, the PCM lives but has "bad calibration data". It does seem to have the 12212156 OS loaded though and EFILive did not complain about it or indicate any problems.

Should be fine with a reflash. Just make sure you have a computer stable enough to survive the time it takes to perform the flash
