problems tuning need help

i am using a v1 flash scan cable with v5.3.
car is a 2000 camaro with a 5.3, lm7 stock heads, wieand intake, ms3, headers, 55lbs injectors.

we put my car on the dyno with the old 5.7 tune (which ran pretty good btw)
a/f's were mid to low 10's. anyway we tried to get the a/fs up and all of a sudden it will go lean under wot(usually about 2500 to 3500 rpms) and coolant temps 190. went back to original tune and even a downloaded stock camaro tune but still does the same thing.
its as if it will not go into pe mode. the guy who is doing the tuning wonders if its not a problem with the software.

Can you post your tune & a log. It actually sounds to me like a fuel pump issue or injectors.

im not sure its the fuel pump because you can watch the injector on time start droping
we logged with different software that i dont have in my computer, i realize that doesnt help
