SD tune + Automatic

I am speed density tuning an automatic for the first time and having some issues with idle. The Air to fuel is very close but the car doesnt want to idle coming off a cruise. Is it trans related or is there something special I need to do to SD tune an automatic?

I am finishing up my SD Tune on my A4. Most of the idle problems are not related to SD. Do a search, there are a number of threads on setting up your idle.
