My stock table is 3 stage starting at 1.22-----1.25-----1.28. To set wot to A/F of 12.8 iwould use 1.15.My question is should it be 1.15 flat accross the table or should i ramp it ,say 1.15----1.18----1.21????

I would just set it to 12.8 all the way across. You can fine tune it later if you feel it is necessary. Make sure that you are verifying this by a wideband so you don't run too lean.
