    Default Pesky Trouble Code

After a couple of reflashes, I'm getting a P0315 (crank position sensor variation not learned) Doing a CKP re-learn in the scan tool control panel doesn't seem to help, although I can't say for sure if it "took" because being a first timer for CKP relearn, I don't know if I'm supposed to see a confirmation dialog or not. I can't say if the DTC is due to the reflash or perhaps a hardware or sensor problem. The car starts just fine, which is not consistant with a failed sensor. If I clear the code and do a relearn, it just comes right back and sets a MIL. I'm thinking perhaps there was some data corruption during the last flash, but I'll wait for some more experienced advice before flashing again.

Yes. The last flash I did was my previous tune sitting on O/S 04110001 done as a full flash using 003g. This was done as a temporary setup until I transport my car to the shop. Injectors haven't been swapped out yet.
