To try and trouble shoot that setup, log the two PIDs: GM.EST_IAT_DMA and GM.EST_ECT_DMA. They should show you the contribution to the final spark due to ECT and IAT.
However, I recommend using our custom nitrous operating system which has built in spark and fuel correction tables that allow you to directly control spark and fuel at the flick of a switch wired directly to the PCM. That way you don't have to fool the PCM with bogus values from the IAT sensor.
