4L80e lock up issues. Help Please!

I have a 02 camaro with an 80e in it, i just finished it and some of the issues i am having are: The Converter feels like it keeps trying to lock in third gear, as well when the car is in 4th the converter keeps locking and unlocking, anybody have any ideas on what to do to fix this issue?? As well the car is a 4 chanel abs car, but it is not running the relucter rings on the rear axels, could this be causing this issue?

Many of these do lock the converter in 3rd gear. Whats in the tune??

Make sure the engine is not misfiring. This will cause the PCM to unlock the converter to make sure the misfire is not driveline related.
