    Default RR 'Guts KIt' installation???

No instructions so I'm assuming (we all know what that word means ) it's pretty straightforward????
    Anyone installed one before?
    Howard

YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T
MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE
    DUCT TAPE.
IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT WITH A HAMMER, YOU'VE GOT AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.

    RoadRunner LS1 Realtime Emulation PCM - $599.00
    Roadrunner-DIY: "Guts" Kit $489.00
For $110 is it really worth the effort? For the extra $110 you get a complete and tested RR with backup and warranty.

It's all done and I can connect to the RR.
The issue I have now is the message telling me it's not licenced to EFILive???

To use your RR with EFIlive you also need to buy a RR EFILive realtime license at $199. You also need to enter the RR's serial number into you scan tool in the registration box as shown in the attached pics.

Have you installed it into a new license tab by itself, or did you modify your existing license tab and add the RR serial number and new license key?

Did you have a hammer close to the PCM? Like within 2m? That works well for me most of the time
