I usually have great luck with ebay. You might have to have a dealer flash in a complete program before you send it out.

I found a new one for $240 shipped on eBay. Seems high. I can get a new one from GMPartsDirect for the same price. I was hoping for a used one from a wrecked car for $100 or so.

Not yet. I'm trying to decide how to get the tune setup. I think I want to go 2 Bar. The M122HH does not come with a cal. so I was thinking of getting the M112 cal and working from there. If it would be easier just to order a 2 bar tune from wait4me with a 2nd PCM then I might do that. Can a 2 bar be done without the car present and on the dyno?
