why? How would you know which cylinders to offset? I would think individual EGT probes would be needed for each cylinder.....

Yes Redline you are correct. Best setup would be engine dyno for doing that. Or innovate multiple wideband input device.
But it would also be useful to put a touch more in Cyl 7 which seems to run a bit leaner than the rest.
I would theorise that you could also tune to LBT based on aggregate AFR and then vary each cylinder (if this was available) and look at power output in a kind of itterative process to further optimse output.
But Im probably wasting too many braincells. Easier just to put a bigger engine in
