Default Any way to change max tps voltage for WOT?

My new accufab throttle bodies tps sensor only goes to 4.1 V @ wot, which is registering as 91 - 92% throttle even though it's fully open, is there anyway to change the tps in the computer to see 4.1 V as 100% instead of 5 V as 100%?

Is the TPS adjusted correctly at idle?

You can do a couple things.

    1. Adjust everything back a tad so what is at 100% throttle to 90% throttle, cheap way to go.
    2. Readjust idle TPS voltage to max and see if that gets the WOT tps voltage to where it needs to be.
    3. Make a TPS fooler that you can set to whatever the TPS voltage to, outputs 5V. They used to sell these years ago, they are pretty simple to make with a comparator or a high gain op amp.

If I try and twist the tps around before bolting it down at all, it makes the voltage go down more, it's as high as it can go, and it's sitting at like .6V or .8 V or something like that at idle and goes to 4.1V @ wot.

What do you mean adjust everything back a tad? The only thing I was able to find was in the parameters section under the area where the ve table is there was an option to set wot tps % showing the minimum % the tps can be and have it still think it's at wot and I set that to 90%, but I dunno if the rest of it being off is gonna screw with my part throttle, guess it should work the same as long as I tune it with it how it is it'll just learn the new stuff and run where its' supposed too, just thinks it's at a diff percentage throttle.

No, don't think ur understanding, this isn't a regular tb that i'm having a problem with it not swinging all the way, this is what I put on the car and the tps just doesn't go to the same voltage:

Cant you loosen the screws that hold on the sensor and turn it so that the votlage is 0 at idle?

If I do that, it makes wot voltage even less, right now it's as far as I can turn it the way that raises it.

Bad TPS? Are the butterflies completely open? (I had to ask). Low battery voltage?

No, TPS is brand new, butterflies are completely open, and batt is fine, think the throw on the shaft of the tb just isn't enough to go to 5v, cuz with it off the tb turning it completely it goes to 100% and 5V.

Hello, Is it Devon? I have been looking at this kind of throttle body to use w/the carb mainfold w/injectors a 100mm maf and air cleaner . Will it fit under the hood? I have a taller carbon fiber hood on 98 C5 and think this setup is the way to go. Accel and Edelbrock have something like this,Right? Try your ETC settings and try changing them to a 1 to 1 ratio IE: 2%=2%open 10%=10% open all the way up to were 98.6%=98.6% but u have to have you cable plugged into the computer, then it shows up as a red folder. I us this setting and Love it instead of the Factory slope.
