    Default DFCO question.............

    Hi Guys!

I've finally got my VE table pretty close and was wondering if it'd change alot if I modified my DFCO settings
(made them more aggressive). If so, when I log and then before loading the changes, can I filter those out of the log or should I adjust for it in the tune?

If filtering them, which filters should I use?

    Thanks in advance!

you should have had DFCO turned off when you dialed in your VE table otherwise DFCO would scew your results in cells where it is active.

enableing it again after and makeing it more aggressive will not alter VE, just how soon and at what MAP and RPM it can be enabled. It is a fuel cutoff not a fuel miltiplier.

DFCO is not accounted for in the commanded AFR pid... as Johnv said you must have it disabled during AutoVE.

    Thanks Guys!

So then once I get my VE table dialed in, I'll turn it back on.
