    Default Engine Protection

    Hello Guys
    I have a problem with 2008 SR8 which is that after we installed a HARROP
    supercharger on it it starts to hit Engine protection and the throttle closes
    what tables that involve with engine protection ?

    You need to at least check the DTC's that are getting set. That will assist in tracking down the reason the ECM has gone in to limp mode.

    scroll right down to the "Electronic Throttle" section open up and you will see about 4 tables with various limits of RPM vs MAF flow etc. these are the tables you need to modify to stop the limp mode from happening. That will let you drive and tune the engine. There are many other torque control features that you WILL need to address also.

    I did not find "Electronic Throttle" section ?
    what should I do? does my softwere need an update or is it something else?

    To see Elect Throttle tables ou must have tool plugged in before you start Flashscan. The folders will be red...same as Virtual VE tables.
