I just upgraded my 98 (02 PCM) TA from 346ci turbo to 416ci procharger. I used the same cam intake and injectors. I used larger CC heads to drop compression. other than recalibrating the VE table, is there any setting that basically tells the computer it is dealing with more displacement? All the AFR calculations are made based on the 346 correct? I was looking at B0104 cylinder volume does this need to be changed? and what effect would it have? all I have done thus far is increased the VE table 15% the car runs almost exactly as it did before with the exception of:
1. Hard to start (cranks and cranks pops and sputters) I am not even sure where to start with this one? desired airflow need to increase for larger motor? or maybe AFR when cranking?
2.The pesky 1500 RPM bucking has disapeared
Thanks
