Dynamometer Newbie Questions???

Can someone explain this:

1,200 HP measurement capacity and 650 HP worth of Loading capacity.....

Maybe, off the top of my head:

it measures upto 1200HP (i.e. engine output), and it provides load upto 650HP (i.e. against engine output to hold rpm steady)...

if that makes any sense.

We're you able to find a controller...?

No Joe, I haven't found one yet....
I'm gonna have to save up for a new one!
I have everything but the Control Box. Dyno has been sitting on my Car Hauler for the last month or so... As far as I can tell it has less that 10 hours of use and about 200 miles run on it... I had an electrician come over and go thru the whole Dyno and so far

It was bought new in 2001, Original owner died and company went bankrupt and dyno was stored for the last 6-7 years until it was auctioned off.....It's dirty and paint is a little faded but oh well...
