I have just launched a service where i can remotely offer support to tuners using the latest remote PC software and phone lines. Customers are presented with a video of the session that they can look over. This makes it quality time.

I can setup the logging software and show how to create maps and trim tunes etc. Im also happy to share my favorite settings and style.

I've signed up for the gold support package with Oztrack and have had my first session with Steve.

This week I will be getting live assistance tuning my newly cammed L98. With a mobile internet and phone connection Steve will tune my car from his office in Sydney whilst I drive it over 1000 miles away (cyber back seat driver). The session will be captured on video for me to review later.

Its quite remarkable really, this technology has been around some years but never applied to an application like this, to my knowledge anyhow.

I've revved my car from the living room before using remote assistance to control my laptop (bi-di's IAC control).. Yes I was bored and thought it would be cool for the boys to see.
