I just read an 08 LMM and everything went fine but in the VIN box it says N/A even though the VIN came up in the console as it was being read. OS is 12628594. Will this be a problem?

No it's not problem, it just means when EFILive read the ECM for some reason it could not retrieve the VIN. The VIN in the LBZ/LMM ECM is not stored in the part of the flash we read it EFILive gets it other ways.
