Efilive Cannot Communicate With Flashscan Error???

I upgraded to V2, bought a new laptop, did the whole swap over and I now have a problem. I am running windows XP.

When I try to read pcm info both with and without the scan tool plugged into a car, it will try scanning for efilive flashscan V2 usb and "hapi". I get a message Of "Efilive cannot communicate with flashscan".

Could this be a driver issue? The flashscan seems to work fine when I plug it into my laptop and says usb mode when I try to read pcm information. I downloaded mprog and it shows when the flashscan is connected to whatever USB i plug into.

Scott, don't run hapi at the same time.

What is it and how do I not run it? All I do is click on the green read pcm calibration button on the screen on my laptop. This is getting crazy, should just be a simple download, V1 had no issues...
