Default what`s the deal with Delphi 01D030B (42LB)?

does anyone know how to get rid of the rich spots
    under deceleration with these injectors?
i have tried all that i could think of,
i found that if i change VE i get negative values and,
    still rich in certain areas.
for me it is around the 50+kPa MAN.VAC range but not at all RPMs
so it can`t be {B4001} IFR (i have tried)
small pulse, minimum pulse, pulse width adjust and IFR,
it does`nt seem to matter what i change or which way,
    i even tried someone else`s tables/values.

i`ve kinda got them consistent, still needs work.
i was hoping there was some kind of consensus on these injectors.
LOL with the stock injectors i could not keep WOT (max kPa) steady,
    so i went with these.
now its the low (below 30kPa) i see the over rich condition.

here`s the first log shot of the VE table.
i ended up being negative in the 30kPa and lower.

I've fought this issue with my Bosch Greentops also.
I believe the voltage offset (B3701) makes a difference....just haven't had time to play with it.

YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T
MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE
    DUCT TAPE.
IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT WITH A HAMMER, YOU'VE GOT AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.
