For me, this is correct in 7.5.5 (Build 74).

Yeah the base shift pressure's 1-2 & 2-3 are all normal now, except for the 3-4 base shift pressure which is Maxed out at 90psi across the board......

The base shift pressure for 3-4 was fine in 7.5.4 build 66 though.....

This is the same in HPT. I believe this is correct.
