1st Time VE tutorial and car wont run

I am new to this. I have a 2002 corvette, eagle kit wit 4" stroke=383.Fast intake,78 ml t/body. New Gm heads, 24508208 injectors I belive are 36 lb/hr from 3.8 litre supercharged engine. Gigliotti long tube headers with no mufflers. This is a road race car only.
I have followed the VE tutorial to the letter,with an innovate LM1 incorperated. The engine starts, but runs rough and will not accelerate at all.
AFR is real lean. I look forward to any reply to direct me on my next step.

by chance is the cylinder volume parameter {B0104} set correctly? A 383 should have a value of 785cc's.
