    What is a p046C HI? Im getting this but there is nothing in the DTC library. THX!

    It is an EGR code.
    Might be time to update your software, it's certainly defined in the V7.5.4 download here -

    Off the top of my head no. If you search for the fault code in the DTC list that will give you a description, likewise, in the scantool when it shows you the current DTC's set the description will also be there.
