What is your plug gap...?
Is your coolant level staying constant...?
the plug gap is set at .40. The coolant is fine now that i have done the z06 cam swap. I replaced the water pump seals and it doesnt leak anymore. I upped the idle 75 rpm's or so, and it seemed to help. Just wondering why it sounded like a 110lsa cam or such when at 550 rpm idle. Checked all the TB and intake tube, MAF and everything looks good. Looked for any vaccum leaks as well.

Stock Z06 idle is 800 rpm.
Did you get a double click on the plug wires to the coil packs?
