Cant log can connect wierd problem

In the middle of tuning the car after loggin and flashing it now logs for 2 frames then pops up with the message

"Access violation at adress 0053CD83 in module 'EFI_Scan.exe'. Write of adress 00353532"

not sure what to make of this as i have nver seen it before.

The car is a 99 vette and I am running the lates up dates.

Any help would be great.

I've contacted tech support for you. In the mean time, you may want to duplicate the problem, then click the console tab (F6) and copy/paste the data into a text file. You can email that file and a link to this thread to support@efilive.com

Some steps to try and narrow down the cause:

1. Try monitoring (yellow button) instead of logging (red button) - does it still fail?
2. If you have any calculated PIDs selected, un-select them and try logging again - does it still fail?
3. Try logging just one PID, SAE.TP - does it still fail?
4. Can you play back existing log files?

Well it works today didnt do any thing just came back today and now it works. Not worried about why at this point just happy it works.
