Default Help!! No idle and can't perform crank relearn

I have a 2001 s10 that came with the 4.3L and have transplanted a 5.7L vortec and flashed the pcm with the 2002 savana van tune. The engine is a 383 stroker with a pretty wild cam:
    "XFI" 280 Hydraulic Roller Camshaft
    GM 305-350ci 1987-98
    Lift: .576"/.570" w/1.6 Rockers
    Duration: 280°/288°
    RPM Range: 2000-6000

i have no problem with the wiring of the injectors and the engine starts but has no idle qualities. i know i can't perform the crank relearn until the idle is established so i'm in a tough spot. i'm attaching a copy of my current tune so hopefully someone can adjust it to work or point me in the right direction. Thanks

Also, intake is a mercruiser with rated 27lb injectors. Fuel pressure is holding steady at 65. I have tried to adjust the base tune idle parameters for P/N no load and with A/C but no difference is made. I have even tried using the bidirectional controls to adjust idle but that hasn't worked either. i know the bidirectional controls are working since i can command the fuel pump and a/c on when truck is not running. I'm positive i have no vacuum leaks but i just can't get the idle down.

AutoVE is a must with this combo. The Van VE and MAF are way off for your combination. The crank relearn procedure is not important just yet.

For starters...the IFR should be 3.928291 NOT 2.914063
    according to the IFR spreadsheet.

YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T
MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE
    DUCT TAPE.
IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT WITH A HAMMER, YOU'VE GOT AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.

Thanks for the help! I plan on using the AutoVE this weekend once i have the custom y-pipe made and a FJO wideband O2 installed. In regards to the IFR being 3.928 instead of 2.914, i am not frinding that exact value in my IFR. My IFR is set at 23.1278 across the board. Also, the MAF values for B5001 start out at 0.3 and end at 67.3. Where are you finding these values also?? Thanks again!!

Here's the same tune as above with just the IFR and MAF alterations.
