    Default Missing PIDS from LS1B_M.pmm

I attempting to add some PIDs to my options.ini file to do some logging for a calculated PID for miles/gallon. I found there was a PID that was not available in LS1B_M.pmm. Can GM.INJFLOW be added please.

I noticed this the other day actually! I couldn't find it in the pid descriptions file.
